Excellent service from start to finish! Although there was a wait of several months, we were kept updated and the projected installation date was met. And very professional installation. We would absolutely recommend using them.

Just want to thank your men for the fantastic work they did at our home, installing the new louvre pergola.  Couple of things:

1. Your men were the consummate professionals – organised, tidy, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with.
2. We are absolutely delighted with the pergola.  It looks great.  The clever technology with the louvres, lights and rain sensor are magic.

It rained while we were out last night and the louvres auto closed and the area under it never got a spot of rain.  It was equally cool when we opened the louvres this morning and listening to the sound of the water running off it was brilliant.

Just to let you know, we are delighted with the new Louvred roof on the deck. It looks beautiful and is a great addition to the deck area. Kevin and his apprentice did a perfect job. Totally organised, quiet, and considerate. They left everywhere looking smart and tidy.

The guys did an amazing job yesterday installing the pergola in one day, it was quite a big job but they absolutely nailed it. And the product looks amazing and works really well, and in how it sits in the space. It’s a real credit to you and your team, professional service and products. Kevin is friendly, very skilled and pleasure to have him doing improvements at our home.

First of all, we LOVE our louvres. We are SO pleased we decided to go ahead with them. It’s amazing the difference it has made to our living. Second, just had to say the guys who installed the system were fantastic. K was really good at keeping in touch with when he would be arriving, and always arrived at the time expected. In the end they fitted the blades before expected, which was lovely. So thank you. I’ve already sent photos of our louvres and given your details to friends of friends who are considering them.
